Liz Murrall - Director, Corporate Governance and Reporting
Biography
A chartered accountant, Liz is Director Corporate Governance and Reporting at IMA. She is responsible for representing IMA members’ interests as institutional investors on corporate governance and company reporting and assurance issues. She sits on a number of committees, including the Institutional Shareholders’ Committee, the CBI’s Companies and Financial Reporting Committees, and the International Accounting Standards Boards’ IFRS Advisory Council. In addition, Liz assists the Shareholder Voting Working Group in reviewing of the impediments for voting shares in UK companies.
