Director, Training and Education
Victoria is responsible for developing training and qualifications to improve professionalism in the investment management sector.
From September this year, she has been Programme Director for Investment 2020, a traineeship scheme sponsored by investment management firms to help young people find jobs in the sector.
She also represents IMA on policies to improve consumers’ financial capability. She is a co-founder and a trustee of the charity, pfeg. She developed IMA’s website for consumers, investinginfunds.org and works with the Money Advice Service, the Pensions Advisory Service and organisations that provide generic information on funds to private investors.
Victoria previously worked for Fidelity Investments as an investment analyst, in product development and corporate communications. She has a Philosophy, Politics and Economics degree from Oxford University.
